These terms of service apply to the use of the Discord bot "Lumite" (hereinafter referred to as "Bot"). By adding the bot to your Discord server, you accept these terms.

The bot is provided "as is". We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the bot on your Discord server.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the bot for the following purposes:
- Violation of applicable laws or Discord's Terms of Service
- Spam, harassment or abuse
- Distribution of harmful software
- Circumvention of technical protection measures
Disclaimer
We do not guarantee the constant availability, error-free operation or completeness of the bot. Use is at your own risk. We are not liable for damages arising from the use or non-use of the bot.

We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time. Changes will be published on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
